The hotel is in a perfect location for walking to Beale Street and has free parking. The breakfast area gets crowded, making it hard to find a seat in the morning. Overall, great place to stay for a visit, though.

The suite was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. Staff were friendly and efficient, especially Juanicia, who really stood out. Breakfast was decent but repetitive over four mornings. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. issues with room keys raised serious safety concerns-no ID checks when new keys were issued, and a stranger tried to enter our room. This made us feel very uneasy. Despite some great aspects, the security concerns definitely put a damper on our experience.

It was so convenient to have this available as we needed to freshen up our clothes after traveling. It was a bit dated and difficult to set, leading to some confusion in the mornings. the laundry facilities were a bit limited, and we had to wait to use them due to high demand. The helpful staff and clean, comfortable room made for a pleasant stay.
